I stayed in a Triple Room with View for 2 nights. The room was beautiful with a mini fridge and an awesome shower. Plus, the staff were super helpful-they even helped me with luggage storage and called a taxi for me. Perfect location near Piazza Navona! 😊

Our stay was plagued by frustrating communication issues with staff. Despite requesting additional toilet paper and fresh towels, these requests went unfulfilled until the very end of our stay. Moreover, the check-in process was excessively delayed and confusing, making our first impressions of the place quite disappointing.

Breathtaking views and spacious room

I loved my stay here! The apartment had amazing views overlooking a stunning church and bustling Roma streets, and the room was spacious with tall windows that opened up for fresh air. The entry system was initially tricky, but once inside, accessing the apartment became smooth. However, I wish there had been better communication on housekeeping services, as I didn't see much cleaning done during my four nights.

The room was super comfortable with a huge bed and amazing views of the nearby street and church. The big windows let in lots of light, and I loved being able to open them wide. It was super clean, too, and had a nice bathroom. The only downside was some early morning noise, but that's just Rome for you!

It was just a well-suited match for a holiday in Rome with great value-to-price ratio. The electronic key system allowed my family to come and go freely since we often returned at different times. Make sure to check your phone signal before arrival, as access can be tricky otherwise.
